About Me

Born and raised in Southwest Manitoba, I am passionate about the communities I serve and take great pride in helping them grow and prosper. I believe in giving back through volunteer work and supporting local initiatives that make our region a better place to live, work, and raise a family.

Family is at the heart of everything I do. I am a proud mom to my grown children, Rylan and Journey, step-mom to Wyatt, and devoted "grand-dog" parent to two beloved grandpuppies. Our family is also eagerly awaiting the arrival of a new grandbaby, which is an exciting new chapter for all of us.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll often find me exploring the outdoors. I have a passion for hiking and adventure travel and have completed two Camino pilgrimages—an 800-kilometre journey along the French Camino and a 300-kilometre trek on the Portuguese Camino. One of my greatest accomplishments was completing the Tour du Mont Blanc through the breathtaking Alps of France, Italy, and Switzerland.

I also enjoy spending time at my seasonal site at Lake Metigoshe, where I can relax, connect with nature, and enjoy time with family and friends. Whether I'm travelling to experience new cultures, tending to my garden, tackling a home renovation project, or exploring creative home décor ideas, I am always inspired by opportunities to learn, grow, and create meaningful connections.

My love for people, community, and adventure has shaped who I am, and I bring that same enthusiasm, dedication, and authenticity to every relationship I build.

Giving back to my community has always been important to me. I currently serve on our local Chamber of Commerce Board and actively support a number of non-profit organizations, community groups, and local events throughout Southwest Manitoba. Whether through volunteering my time, contributing financially, or helping promote initiatives that strengthen our communities, I am passionate about supporting the people and organizations that make our region a great place to live, work, and raise a family. Seeing our communities grow and prosper is something I find incredibly rewarding.

Professional Background

I bring 17 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal, which provides me with a strong legal foundation and a highly specialized skill set that directly benefits my clients. Real estate transactions include important legal components, and my background allows me to help protect my clients’ best interests, identify potential issues early, and ensure a smooth and informed process from start to finish.

In addition to my legal experience, I have invested in ongoing professional development through social media marketing courses, photography training, and certification as a professional organizer. I have a strong passion for all things real estate, including home decorating, staging, renovating, and photography. I have also personally remodelled the majority of my own home, which gives me a practical, hands-on understanding of design and renovation potential.

I enjoy staying current with evolving technology and marketing tools to better serve my clients. This includes operating my own drone, using advanced listing marketing strategies, and incorporating AI tools when they can help clients visualize vacant spaces or explore the full potential of a property.

What I Offer

I provide a modern, full-service real estate marketing approach designed to showcase properties at their very best. My services include 3D virtual tours, drone photography and videography, as well as specialized social media marketing and professional video editing. These tools allow me to create engaging, high-quality presentations that help listings stand out and attract the right buyers.

In addition to marketing expertise, I bring strong negotiation and conflict management skills developed through advanced training and years of professional experience. This allows me to advocate effectively for my clients while maintaining a calm, solution-focused approach throughout the transaction.

Most importantly, I genuinely care about the people I work with. I take a vested interest in my clients’ well-being, goals, and overall happiness. I work hard to go above and beyond expectations, providing a level of service that makes a meaningful difference in their buying or selling experience. My goal is always to be seen not just as a real estate professional, but as a trusted advisor and friend throughout the process.

The Camino de Santiago

The Camino de Santiago is an incredible 800km backpacking trek across Northern Spain. The trail begins at St. Jean Pied du Port, France - crosses the mighty Pyrenees Mountains into Spain and ends at Santiago de Compostella, the final resting place of Saint James. For 34 days, I traversed through mountains, eucalyptus forests, vineyards, desert flat lands and across rivers, stone bridges, freeways and cobblestone streets. We navigated through farming villages, charming hamlets and large cities. I met people from all walks of life and from all over the world. I was awed by magnificent cathedrals and graced by simple stone churches. I witnessed people struggle through their adversities and triumph over defeat. I walked with damaged and painful feet, a fever and a cold. I walked in rainstorms, howling winds & the blazing hot sun. I walked in the dark and in the heat of the day. I walked alone and also with thousands. I walked 800km.

The Camino is a deeply personal journey that tests both your physical and mental endurance but it is something truly remarkable. It awakens the spirit inside you. It replenishes your energy. It reconnects the rhythm of your own heart, nature and of all those around you. By slowing down, you restore and renew your belief in yourself, God and the world. It reminds you of forgotten dreams, your wishes and your desires. Like a blank canvas – in that space – you see possibility everywhere. A reminder that the world is a beautiful place if you choose to believe.

I started crying immediately upon the descent into Santiago – it was tears of absolute joy but also sadness as it meant the end of our journey. When I rounded the corner and saw the cathedral, the culmination of 34 days of endless beautiful landscapes, kind strangers, human connections, my Camino family, hard work, early mornings, physical pain and exhaustion rushed over me. My backpack reminded me that we are each carrying our own set of joys, burdens, worries, hopes, brokenness, failures, graces, challenges and successes. We are all more alike than we are not. It did not matter what your education was, how much money you made, how old you were, your political persuasion or where you came from. Each of us was going to the same place. We were all there helping one another “journey”. We all saw the same sunsets and sunrises, the same valleys & hills. We all made new friendships and were humbled by the generosity of people we had never met.
